We provide professional vehicle valeting and detailing services. Service availability may vary depending on your location within Warwickshire and surrounding areas.

We reserve the right to decline services based on vehicle condition, safety, access, or unsuitable weather (for mobile services).

• Booking deposits must be made via bank transfer.
• Some services may require a larger deposit  at the time of booking.
• Final payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed, i.e. before the valeter leaves the site.
• We accept [cash /  bank transfer].

• Please give at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
• Late cancellations may result in loss of deposit or a cancellation fee.
• If we need to reschedule due to weather or unforeseen circumstances, we will contact you as soon as possible.

• Please ensure we have safe and legal access to your vehicle.
• Remove personal items and valuables before your appointment.
• Inform us in advance of any specific concerns or damage to the vehicle.

• We take great care with every vehicle, but we are not responsible for pre-existing damage, worn components, or items left inside the vehicle.
• We are fully insured for the services we provide.

While we strive for perfection, some stains, scratches, or imperfections may not be fully removable. We’ll always inform you of expected results before work begins.
